These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) are a binding agreement between AVIVA Services LLC d/b/a ZeeTelecom (“ZeeTelecom”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) and you. They govern your access to and use of our website at https://www.zeeforyou.com (the "Site") and any related products and services (collectively, the "Services").

The services described here are provided by AVIVA Services LLC d/b/a ZeeTelecom.

2. Acceptable Use

  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
  • No abuse, fraud, illegal robocalling, spoofing, or spam.
  • No interference with networks, security, or other users.
  • No resale or sub-licensing without our written permission.

3. Description of Services

We provide cloud VoIP systems, SIP trunks, number porting, IVR, voicemail, call recording, analytics, consulting, and related IT services. Certain features may require additional agreements.

4. Orders & Agreements

Purchases may require an order form or master service agreement ("MSA"). If there is a conflict, the order form/MSA governs, followed by these Terms, then any online documentation.

5. Pricing, Billing & Payment

  • Fees: Recurring fees billed in advance; usage-based fees billed in arrears.
  • Taxes/Surcharges: Applicable taxes, regulatory recovery, and carrier fees may apply.
  • Payment: You authorize recurring charges to your payment method on file.
  • Late/Non-Payment: We may assess late fees, suspend, or terminate services.
  • Disputes: Submit billing disputes within 30 days of invoice date.
  • Porting: Porting requires accurate LOA and may incur fees; timing depends on losing carrier.

6. E911 Emergency Services

VoIP E911 has important limitations. By using VoIP Services, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • E911 may not function during power or Internet outages, or if your device is relocated without updating the Registered Location.
  • You must provide and keep current a valid service address for each device/extension.
  • Nomadic use (e.g., softphones) can lead to misrouted or delayed emergency response.
  • Maintain alternative means to reach 911 (e.g., mobile phone).
  • You must inform end users and place required labels near devices.

7. Call Recording

  1. Customer Responsibility. ZeeTelecom provides call-recording functionality as part of its communications platform. You, the Customer, are solely responsible for determining the legality of recording any telephone calls or other communications and for complying with all applicable local, state, federal, and international recording and privacy laws. You must provide all required notices or obtain all necessary consents from participants prior to recording any communication. ZeeTelecom disclaims any responsibility or liability arising from your use of call-recording features and shall be held harmless from any claims related to such recordings.
  2. ZeeTelecom Recordings. ZeeTelecom may record or monitor its own inbound and outbound calls with customers for quality assurance, training, record-keeping, and to improve its products and services, including analytics and automation tools. Customers who prefer not to communicate on a recorded line should contact ZeeTelecom by email, through the website’s contact form, or via USPS mail instead of by phone.

AVIVA Services LLC d/b/a ZeeTelecom provides call-recording functionality as a platform feature. Customers are solely responsible for compliance with all applicable recording laws, including notice and consent requirements.

8. Communications & Consent

By submitting forms or your phone number, you consent to receive calls or texts from us (possibly via autodialer) regarding your inquiry and our services. Consent is not required for purchase. Message/data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt-out.

9. Messaging (SMS/MMS) Terms - Summary

  • By opting in, you agree to receive informational/service-related texts from ZeeTelecom to the mobile number you provide.
  • Message frequency varies. Message & data rates may apply.

9. Intellectual Property

The Site and Services, including software and content, are owned by ZeeTelecom or its licensors. No rights are granted except as expressly provided in these Terms.

10. Disclaimers

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES OR LOST PROFITS/REVENUE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID FOR THE SERVICE AT ISSUE IN THE THREE (3) MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT.

12. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless ZeeTelecom and its affiliates from any claims arising out of your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or applicable law.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate Services for non-payment, breach, or unlawful use. Some plans may include a term commitment and early termination fee per your order form/MSA.

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by Florida law. Disputes will first be addressed informally; unresolved disputes will be settled by binding arbitration (AAA Commercial Rules) in Orlando, Florida. YOU WAIVE JURY TRIAL AND CLASS ACTION PARTICIPATION.

15. Changes

We may modify these Terms or the Services from time to time. Material changes will be posted with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
